If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify Maggie at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you’ll lose your deposit or be charged 50% cancellation fee on the card on file. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-shows & last minute cancellations will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the service. For safety purposes and sanitation, we cannot allow an extra guest/children. Kindly arrive on time to your appointment. In the case you are early please wait in your car as space is limited. (NO KNOCKING) In the case you are late kindly contact me, and please note there is a 15 minute grace period.
